A Refundable Annual Proactive Coaching Investment is billed after your results are shown (4-8 months) as follows:
$350/year/individual (Not payable by third parties CPT code 89990)
$550/couple billed as $275 per individual (Not payable by third parties CPT code 89989)
This is an investment in sustained success. It is billed when you can understand the value. Compare to the cost of other options: Stents, surgery, and rehab after a stroke or heart attack. Or a memorial service.
It is not billable to third parties for payment. It is YOUR investment in your results.
If you cannot afford this, email drbacks@thecurecenter.life to request a discount or deferral. No detailed explanation required. However….
If you just don’t want to pay it , you are freed for the standard care experience and results.
If you refer anyone who successfully starts a CURE Plan, $100 will be credited toward your next fee. Please email drbacks@thecurecenter.life to make us aware of the referral if we miss this
Finally, if you suffer a stroke or heart attack in spite of following your CURE Plan, the last annual paid fee will be refunded, no questions asked.
An event and a refund does not imply a failure to meet the standard of care. The CURE Center goes above and beyond the standard of care to achieve outcomes exceeding those acceptable for standard care providers.
