A Proactive Medicine Investment is billed after your first follow up CIMT ultrasound results (6-8 months) as follows:
$300/year/individual (Non payable by third parties CPT code 89990)
$500/couple billed as $250 per individual (Non payable by third parties CPT code 89989)
This is an investment in and ownership of your success. If you think it’s too much, check the cost of stents, surgery, rescue and rehab after a stroke or heart attack.
It is billed by text invoice, payable by credit card or check. “Nonbillable or nonpayable” (which really means not recognized by third party payers as payable) code is 89990 (individual) or 89996 (half of a couple). It is not submitted to third parties. It is payment for noncovered extra benefits. It is your investment, your responsibility. We appreciate payment as soon as you can.
If you cannot afford this investment, please email drbacks@thecurecenter.life to discuss a discount or exception. However….
If you decline to pay it , you are welcome to pursue the standard care experience and results with other providers.
Finally, if you suffer a stroke or heart attack during Proactive Medicine care, the last paid fee will be refunded, no questions asked.
