📞 Discovery Zoom Call: Take the first step with a Discovery Zoom Call with Dr. Backs. He will answer questions about ultrasound reports and other information and discuss how right and affordable a CurePlan can be for you. In most cases, there is no charge. If you wish to discuss a payment deferred Discovery Scan carotid ultrasound, a $99 charge is sent by text invoice. If a CurePlan is pursued, that charge is applied to out of pocket charges for your CurePlan.
