Results are interpreted for optimal, not just “normal” results. Normal in a sick population is not optimal. Optimization can save your life!
Create a Threat Assessment Report
Total cost for labs and assessment is $350 (less than $1 per day for a year - Isn’t your health worth it?).
Credit card on file is required to order your labs. Charge will be processed only after review of your results.

STEP 2: Draw blood and urine tests as part of your clinical review.
After registration is received, your lab order will be uploaded to the “Messages” page on CureCoach.App to be collected at a Quest Patient Service Center by appointment.
Make Your Quest Appointment Choose “All Other Tests” when asked for “reason for visiting.” These labs are billed to The CureCenter.

You may be asked to provide insurance information. If asked, please provide this information, but know your insurance will not be charged. The order directs charges to be billed to The CureCenter.
STEP 3: Receive your assessment.
You will receive an assessment report of risk and general concerns provided by The CureCenter.
Payment will be processed at this time.
STEP 4: (Optional) Register for a Discovery Zoom Call or Consultation:
Once you have completed the assessment, you will receive an invitation to register for either an optional telemedicine:
Discovery Zoom Call: No cost or obligation. Purpose is to understand next steps and associated costs; or
Consultation: Discuss individual results and remedies in the context of a patient/physician relationship with consents and payment either by insurance or direct payment at your discretion.
Consents and insurance information are requested to answer coverage questions and expedite consultation if requested. No charges are submitted until a Consultation is completed. Maximum out of pocket cost for consultation is $300.
